Bob You might check the following web site http://www.authorstream.com/ for training powerpoints/videos. Some of the things you can do with authorstream -powerpoint to video, YouTube, iPod, blogs, Flash, and Present Live.

We are also beginning the process of creating video inservices. We should have a couple finished, hopefully, by the end of this week. We decided to let teachers check our iTouches with the training videos so that they would be able to listen/watch the video as they are working on their computers. Has anyone done any type of training that was "on demand" and how well was it received and used?

Does anyone have links to videos created by Instructional Techs, and meant to train campus personnel on standard things like email, document cameras, or even the copier? I'm just looking for examples.

I'm considering making a video about how to use the copier in the teacher workroom without breaking it. I think the principal would back me up on making more if I start with that one.
