Getting our superintendents to show

I repeatedly asked my superintendent if he would like to attend the conference, but he said he could not make it. I sent information to the cabinet to get attendance and the response just didn't come out positive.

Newbie responses to TCEA

Kerrville ISD sent a group of teachers and librarians to the conference this year who had not attended ever before. I asked them to be the eyes and ears for the rest of the district and to gather as much information as they could for their campuses.
