I have 2 of my 8th grade students that are building this right now! They'll be amazed to learn that you can actually BUY the pen instead of having to build it!! I would like to encourage all readers to consider letting your students build one, if they are old enough and able. My kids have really enjoyed the challenge.
Thanks for bringing this idea to a session this week.
